When she is not practicing massage she is working to expand her mind through mediation and mindful movement, through hiking in nature and yoga. Audrey Garber, LMT

Audrey began developing her passion for holistic health and bodywork at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2007. She explored a variety of avenues in healthcare while studying economics and psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, including working as a massage therapist at the Pittsburgh Athletic Club and as a nursing assistant at UPMC hospital. In 2011, Audrey moved to Miami, Florida and studied at Educating Hands School of Massage where she developed the breadth and depth of her practice in modalities such as Swedish, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Hydrotherapy. After completing the program at Educating Hands, Audrey worked at the school as a schedule coordinator and a teacher.
In 2013, Audrey accepted the position of massage therapist at the University of Miami Wellness Center, supporting the health and well-being of the UM community until moving to Colorado in 2017. At UM, Audrey worked with athletes, students, office workers, and people seeking help with both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. Audrey incorporates postural and body mechanic assessments and client education on anatomy, physiology, and self-care to enhance the effectiveness of her sessions.
Audrey specializes in Myofascial Release and Unwinding following the John Barnes method. Myofascial Release engages directly with the fascial system of connective tissue to release holding and tension patterns that travel throughout the body and restrict healthy movement and function. Myofascial Unwinding helps the body to complete protective movements that were interrupted by the freeze response in moments of stress or trauma, allowing the body to let go of these patterns permanently. Audrey often blends Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, Thai, Energy Work, Sports Massage, and others modalities and self-care recommendations into her treatments depending on what can best help her clients achieve their optimum health and well-being. Along with bodywork and healthcare, Audrey finds amazing joy with her dogs Benny and Chewbacca, and practicing pilates.

Samantha Sprinkle, LMT

Samantha has been a LMT since 2011 and I am excited to start a new part of her journey at Peace of Mind! She graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2011. She has been trained in many modalities, and she enjoys providing a variety of techniques within her sessions. Her main priority throughout your massage is your comfort. She strives to meet the requests and needs of all of her clients.
In a majority of sessions, she does her best to maintain balance in between deeper techniques and flowing strokes. Clients often enjoy her methods of working out knots and tension, while still providing relaxing stress relief. This may often be referred to as a firm Swedish massage. However, she enjoys providing Deep Tissue,Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Hot Stone and Prenatal. She can, and will, adjust upon your request and from the responses she gets from your muscles. She also enjoys incorporating reflexology, basic cranial and aromatherapy!
It’s important to consider massage therapy as part of your regular health routine. Regardless of old injuries or chronic holding patterns, every individual will greatly benefit from a massage, at minimum of every three weeks. The purpose of this is to combat the stresses of everyday life and routines. Often, we find ourselves with injuries or muscle stiffness that can cause us to be uncomfortable, limiting our movements or even cause pain. During sessions with Samantha, you can discuss any ailments or concerns that you have together. Afterwards, she will make recommendations and a plan for getting you back to a healthy, comfortable place.
She believes consistency is key. Her methods can cater to those seeking pure relaxation, as well as those who require a more focused therapeutic session.
“Together, we will get your body moving in the right direction.” – Samatha
